We use a third party to host our website. Our website automatically logs the IP address you use to access our website and other Information about your visit. We also collect department, division, interests and mailing list if you provide it. If you do not provide the mandatory information by our registration form, you will not be able to register or create an account on our website.

Legitimate Interest: registering and administering accounts on our website to provide you access to content updates you have purchased and facilitate the efficient running and operation of our business.

Mailing List

When you sign-up to our mailing list to receive information about interests, products, services and interests we collect your business email address. We use a third party service to administer and send out our mailing list, called Active Campaign. Active Campaign adheres to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework Principles.

Careers

When you apply for a job opportunity or prospective opportunity, we collect the following information: name and email. We also collect your address, phone number and other information if you provide it.

Contact Us

When you send an email to the email address displayed on our website, we collect your email address and any other information you provide in that email (such as your name, telephone numbers and information contained in any signature block in your email). When you contact us using our contact form, we collect the following information: name, business name, email and any information you include in the message field. When you contact us by phone, we collect your phone number and any information provided to us during the conversation. We do not record phone calls.

When you contact us via email, technical support form, phone or post for technical support, we collect the relevant information you provide. This is used for responding to enquiries and messages we receive and keeping records of correspondence.

Placing an order on our website

When you place an order for goods or services on our website, we collect the following mandatory information: name, address (including post code, town/city and country), email. After you place an order, your payment will be processed by the payment provider you choose via a payment gateway. We use manual payment system and not on website payment process.
